Are you committed to protecting your community? Blackbird Security is seeking to hire **Roving Tactical Security Guards (with Use of Force)** in **Saskatoon, SK **for a variety of retail sites.

**What you will do**
- Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft
- Document theft and other security violations
- Patrol the premises, provide access control and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- A Valid Security License is required
- Use of Force Certification is required for this role
- Must have a keen interest in asset protection
- Willing to stand/ patrol for the duration of the shift
- Previous security experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be willing and comfortable to stop theft
- Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifters

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
