Blind Magic Window Coverings has an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our efforts to increase leads for both our Residential and Commercial departments.

This entrepreneurial role will report directly to the company owner.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Ongoing Maintenance & optimization of Google My Business, including gathering & responding to reviews and posting relevant content
- Active participation in weekly sales meetings and to gauge feedback on your marketing efforts and adjust accordingly.
- Digital advertising management
- Manage all digital advertising initiatives, including Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Social media management
- Gather & design content, schedule, post, and monitor on our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Website updating & maintenance using WordPress
- Creation & ongoing maintenance of annual marketing budget
- Delegating incoming website chat leads to staff
- Responding to incoming website chat leads, and delegating to appropriate team member
- Submitting marketing and advertising claims for Hunter Douglas co-op funds
- Optimizing companies gallery showroom marketing to offer the best experience for our customers and
- Design and implement company print collateral, sales brochures, door knocks, swag, exterior drive by signage.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience using WordPress
- Great multitasking skills
- Graphic design experience an asset
