**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide information on related items and new products
- Locate and/or acquire items as required from stock, other locations for the service shop
- Supply service manager with quotes for job orders
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed
- Handle returns, warranty or defective parts for the service department in accordance with company and supplier policies. Collect and process necessary information and paperwork.
- Monitor all shop supplies to maintain stock for service technicians
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Experience: (in order, required, preferred, soft skills, assets,)**
- High school diploma or other high school equivalence certificate
- Previous experience in a mechanical role preferred.
- Heavy duty parts knowledge or background preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills - dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills - ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues.
- Forklift experience an asset
