**Are you a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in BPO or enterprise sales?**
SP Data Digital is searching for a high-performing and self-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and convert them into new clients (logos).
- Manage the sales pipeline and identify new opportunities.
- Network with internal and external contacts to build a strong pipeline.
- Deliver effective presentations highlighting SP Data Digital's unique value proposition.
- Conduct thorough research and planning for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate client/prospect data and forecasts.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve established metrics.
- Learn about the company's full suite of services to advise prospects effectively.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
**Key Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales (preferably BPO)
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
**Success in this Role Looks Like**:
- Consistently exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Contributing to team efforts in closing new deals
- 5+ years of BPO sales experience, selling complex solutions to C-level executives
- Deep understanding of the BPO industry and current trends
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at a senior level
- Strong leadership and presentation abilities
- A drive to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Ability to travel as needed
