As a **SALES ASSISTANT**, you will be responsible for assisting the President with all internal and external correspondence and communication to buyers, suppliers and graphic artists. You will need to display excellent communication and follow-up skills. As you develop in this role, there will also be an opportunity to manage smaller accounts independently. This role is in our Montreal office and is on-site.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Work very closely with the President
- Generate and review sales reports, analyze them and identify trends
- Follow-up with all parties involved with the design and production of our clothing; correspond with clients, suppliers, internal teams and our manufacturing teams
- Build relationships with some key accounts
- Help to generate quotes and manage shipments
- Manage customer inquires as they arise and escalate any issues
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Oversee smaller accounts over time
- Assume general administrative functions

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- A min of 3 years experience in a sales and/or administrative or customer service oriented role
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to multi-task
- Competent with Microsoft Office specifically Excel
- Interest and passion in Fashion and Apparel
