**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Scheduling**:Coordinate and manage client appointments and schedules.
Ensure effective communication between clients, caregivers, and our care team.
Handle any rescheduling or adjustments needed, ensuring mínimal disruption.

**Office Administration**:Manage day-to-day office tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, and data entry.
Ensure all client records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidentially stored.

**Client Relations**:Welcome new clients and provide them with relevant information about our services.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between clients and care professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Team Support**:Assist with coordination and logistics for training sessions and team meetings.
Provide administrative support to the management and care teams as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration, scheduling, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
- An empathetic and patient approach, with an understanding of the unique needs of individuals with Autism and their families.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

**Salary**: $37,050.00-$45,000.00 per year
