Job Title: Carpenter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction of new homes. You will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working under the direction of the Site Supervisors
- Reading blueprints and following instructions
- Construct and install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, counters, and molding.
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, drywall, trim and other materials.
- Fabricate and repair wooden fixtures and structures.
- Restore damaged structures to their original condition.
- Install different types of flooring.
- Drywall and paint touch ups and repairs during construction or upon completion.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency in fabricating wood and other materials.
- Experience with drywall and taping
- Ability to perform millwork installation with precision.
- Proficient in flooring installation for various flooring types.
- Experience in caulking to seal joints or seams in various substrates.
- Knowledge of siding installation techniques.
- Experience in construction painting for finishing touches.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 44 per week
