We are hiring Retail + Experience Associates for our Wayne Gretzky Estate Winery and Distillery - this person will work a variety of shifts including in our retail shop and doing tours and experiences around the property.

Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery is part of the APL family of brands, located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country. - Sharing your passion for our products and welcoming guests into our estate.
- You will facilitate guided tours and experiences for property guests
- You will process guest sales (via POS system), stock store shelves and assist with the merchandising of non-wine merchandise
- You will learn and follow retail inventory control procedures (receiving, ordering, promotions, stocking, experience write-offs); participate in monthly retail inventory process
- You will actively share wine club benefits with guests and be responsible for your impact on the group sales target
- You will keep your area tidy and help guests and visitors find their way through the property.

- Demonstrated Guest/Customer service excellence focus
- Passion for our industry
- Comfortable adding value to customers experience with suggestive selling habits
- Experience working with computer based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
- Smart Serve Certification is a requirement
- Ability to recognize when guests and team members would benefit from support and assistance; contributing to others' initiatives without having to be asked
