Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team in Airdrie. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to players of all ages and skill levels. This is a paid position.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement effective training sessions to improve players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance
- Plan and organize practice sessions, including warm-ups, drills, and game simulations
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them develop their soccer abilities
- Create a positive and supportive team environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff members to ensure consistent coaching methods and strategies
- Attend team meetings, tournaments, and other soccer-related events as required
- Maintain accurate records of player attendance, performance evaluations, and other relevant information

**Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback to players
- Ability to educate players on the fundamentals of soccer while promoting a love for the sport
- Excellent organizational skills to plan training sessions and manage team schedules
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit the needs of different age groups and skill levels
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to ongoing professional development in coaching techniques

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
