**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager/General Administrator to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and manage all social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms
- Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube etc.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in social media management and implement them effectively
- Writing weekly blog posts about design/Renovation
- Updating the company website
- General graphic design skills a plus
- Graphic design for publications such as flyers, social media, working alongside with advertisement companies
- Managing client photo database
- Managing google my business page
- Keeping various website profiles up to date
- Generate social media/ google ads

**Administrative Duties**:

- General filing including keeping client records updated
- Keeping calendar updated/managing the schedule
- Booking client meetings
- Creating presentations for various uses
- Using powerpoint/word/excel
- Maintaining office supplies
- Event preparation
- General paperwork
- Ordering/following up on material orders

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
- Experience with wordpress and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with Graphic Design
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
