**Position Details**:
- **Type**: Contract Position
- **Hours**: Flexible scheduling with the potential for 35-40 hours per week
- **Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general repairs inside residential properties.
- Handle exterior repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Manage outdoor maintenance duties, including lawn care and snow removal as needed.
- Utilize your own tools to efficiently complete building maintenance tasks.
**Requirements**:
- **Valid License and Vehicle**: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field is required.
- **Tools**: Nice-to-have your own set of maintenance tools.
- **Reliability**: Strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Good interpersonal skills to interact with property owners, tenants and other team members
