Our Production Worker / Delivery Driver will be responsible for assisting our Head Brewer and Brewer with packaging and cleaning duties, alongside delivering kegs and cans of our delicious beer to our retail partners from Victoria to Campbell River.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Communicate with and work alongside our Brewer and Head Brewer to operate packaging equipment, safely and efficiently canning and kegging beer.
- Load and deliver packaged beer and kegs to our retail partners across Vancouver Island.
- Maintain brewery cleanliness, sanitizing and organizing packaging area, brewery and equipment.
- Performing quality control checks and ensuring that product passes quality standards.
- Track and report packaging activities and maintain a current and accurate traceability log.
- Ensure delivery paperwork is accurately maintained and communicate delivery issues, changes or breakage to our Sales Team.
- General tidying and waste disposal and perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain targets.
- Class 5 license with clean drivers abstract. Capable of safely driving our delivery vehicle from Victoria to Campbell River.
- Technically inclined, ability to use and utilize a number of tools and materials.
- Autonomous and accountable, critical thinking, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to lift raw materials of 55lbs+ and manage production line labour.
- Collaborative, positive energy, excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with basic reporting tools (spreadsheets, cloud-based management software, inventory tracking software etc.)
- Able to work shifts up to 10hrs when necessary. Weekly average hours will not surpass 40 hours.

Our Production Worker / Delivery Driver will be an hourly employee with an expectation of 30-40 hours weekly, Monday - Friday. While Sails offers an industry-competitive compensation, with product perks and Taproom discounts and comps.
