**ROLE STATEMENT**: The Coordinator, Fracturing will be a member of the Fracturing Department responsible for overseeing the operational requirements for the Fracturing service line. Reporting to the Manager, Fracturing the Coordinator, Fracturing will be accountable for complying with all relevant company regulations and policies related to occupational health, safety and environmental and for providing relief coverage in the absence of the Manager, Fracturing.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Coordinate the day to day operations of the Fracturing service line within the District.
- Communicate directly with customers, Sales and Marketing, and Field Supervisors for employee and equipment coordination.
- Provide effective communication with management in the District regarding operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with all operations groups, i.e. Sales and Marketing, Health, Safety and Environment, Human Resources, Technical Services etc. to ensure a trouble free operation
- Coordinate employee and equipment assignments and schedules to meet customer requirements to achieve corporate mandate of “Service First"
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures to achieve safety objectives.
- Provide leadership / mentorship and direction to members of the Fracturing service line department to meet the Corporate Code of Business ethics
- Interact with the customer to supply troubleshooting and service line solutions
- May be required to act in a sales role in the promotion of service line equipment and products
- When required provide on-site location support for field personnel (i.e. Supervisors, Operators, and on-site crew)
- May be required to participate in investigative activities where infractions occur
- Support Calfrac’s safety initiatives of “Goal Zero”
- Ensure continuity between all Calfrac Districts for policies and operations within the specific service line
- Participate in regulatory committees pertaining to service line

**KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Strong understanding of Fracturing capabilities, job types, equipment maintenance and manufacturing processes
- Ability to perform equipment assessments to ensure equipment and personnel safety for a mobile operation to maximize customer expectations
- Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulation
- A highly energetic, self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced environment that is deadline driven; more importantly is centered on providing quality information
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with both field and management staff
- Strong leadership, mentoring and delegation skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic, project driven, team based environment
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- High school Diploma or GED preferred
- 8+ years progressive work experience in the Fracturing service line including developed operational experience in all equipment
- Minimum experience as a Supervisor 3 required
- Developed leadership and / or supervisory experience in mentoring personnel in the service line
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent required
- Satisfactory Drivers Abstract required
