**_Role Responsibilities _**
- _Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff. _
- _Managing targets-based culture, set/reach targets. _
- _Managing client escalations and queries. _
- _Overseeing pricing and inventory control. _
- _Preparing promotional materials and displays _
- _Collaboration with commercial markets team outbound marketing/solicitation. _
- _Collaboration with B2B Team on Employee Purchase Program and Small Business initiatives. _
- _Creating and managing of store schedule. _
- _This leader must be flexible to workdays, evenings, and weekends, ensuring store coverage. _

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$55,000.00 per year
