**Warranty Coordinator/Office Administrator**

Reporting to the Vice-President, the Warranty Coordinator/Office Administrator will be responsible for customer and trade correspondences, all warranty related bookings and work completed in a timely manner.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily correspondence with home owners and trades regarding warranty issues and scheduling trade day.
- Coordinate with warranty technician and ensure trade repairs are completed according to standards and specifications.
- Schedule walk through with home owners for pre-possession and possession of homes as well as 30 days and 1 year walk through after they moved in.
- Follow up with trades and homeowners to ensure all work is complete on time.
- Record all work completes and create a process for recording any outstanding items.
- Office Administrator duties - Send work orders to trades, Scan the files and update on Google Drive, file the documents, Assist the Management in other office duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Completion of high school diploma.
- Knowledge of how the warranty work.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction industry.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Alberta New Home Warranty book.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
