Overlooking Harrison Lake, the Harrison Hot Springs Resort offers the following amenities: five mineral hot springs pools, the Healing Springs Spa, three restaurants and a coffee bar, extensive banquet and catering options, Resort Golf Course and Resort Marina.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Complete care of all lawns including, watering, mowing, aerating, liming, fertilizing

weeding, edging, seeding and any other requirement the lawns may have.
- Communicates with other departments to be aware of all functions to be held in grounds and ensure appropriate areas are highly groomed for these functions.
- Pruning of all trees and shrubbery in a timely fashion. They should not be allowed to be overgrowing.
- Weeding and bark mulching of flowerbeds. All flower beds should be edged
- Planting of seasonal flowers and maintaining all flowers on the property to their maximum potential. Removal and clean up of flowers and plants that are beyond their season immediately.
- Maintains trials and growth on trails on a quarterly basis/year
- Daily clean-up of leaves and debris around resort and parking lot
- Weekly inspection of all tree lighting to ensure all lights are working Replacing lighting strings that are not operational
- Maintains drains and eaves troughs as needed
- Responsible for daily emptying of all garbage containers on exterior of the resort
- Digging of trenches and operation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Snow removal and salting of sidewalks and parking lots as required. (Should be available after hours when snowing)
- Pressure washing exterior of Resort areas as directed.
- Any other duties assigned.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILL-SET**:
1. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.

2. Ability to work in inclement weather.

3. Knowledgeable in and experienced in the planting and care of trees, shrubbery, grass and flowers.

4. Experienced in the operations of motorized and gas operated equipment such as tractors, mowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers etc

5. No allergies related to outdoors working (pollen, dust etc.)

6. Class 5 driver’s license.

7. Physically fit.

**Salary**: $17.34-$21.67 per hour
