Summary

Our Service Administration team is looking for a Service Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to our internal and external customers.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about our service business. You will act as the key liaison between our customers and our technicians ensuring that we deliver exceptional service at every interaction, both internally and externally.
Based in the Edmonton branch and reporting to the Regional Service Admin Manager, you will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be quick on your feet and comfortable in a fast-paced role, and great with juggling multiple changing priorities while taking things in your stride.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day activities of our fast-paced service operations in the branch & on the team
- Coordinate and prioritize client needs and schedule technicians to ensure requirements are met
- Maintain and track equipment & stock levels used in the service activities
- Optimize scheduling of jobs and resources with short-term and long-term planning
- Maintain data entry using Scan in the SX Enterprise system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure that an exceptional level of customer service is delivered every step of the way
- Other duties as assigned to keep our tight-knit team running smoothly

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration/coordination role
- Scheduling experience in a technical or operational capacity in a similar service-based industry is a strong asset
- Computer savvy (Microsoft Office and data entry)
- You like to Make Quality Personal with keen attention to detail, exceptional administrative skills and a natural ability to keep organized and Work Smart amid diverse activities and priorities
- An exceptional can-do, positive attitude will help Keep Things Fun on the team
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, committed to Delivering Legendary Customer Service
