**About the Role**:
As our new **Supply Chain Coordinator**, you will provide crucial support to the Supply Chain department by processing supplies, tracking suppliers’ orders and ensure timely deliveries of all facility-related materials on a time-sensitive schedule. This role will also play an active role in monitoring courier shipments, re-stocking and organizing of supply rooms, reviewing, and forwarding invoices and payment information to the accounting department as needed

**As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will**
- Support Supply Chain with the processing and purchases of supplies, track order and deliveries with suppliers
- Prepare and process supply shipments to facilities
- prepare documents
- Monitor express couriers & freight to ensure efficient and on time for deliveries
- Maintain Inventory
- Unpacking
- re-stocking and organizing of supply rooms
- record quantities and monitor inventory levels
- maintain stock rotation, inventory cycle count, and disposal of outdated stock
- Warehouse cleanliness is to be done daily
- Receive items
- unpack items
- verify receipts/packing slips
- maintain internal record-keeping system
- record shortage and reject damaged goods
- Maintain purchase order files, packing slips and other documents
- Provide invoices and payment information to Accounting department
- Assist clients with orders
- Monitor order request form from Exclusive Network and testing volumes
- Additional duties & tasks when assigned

**Job Specifications**

**Education**:

- High School or equivalent required
- Experience in a warehouse, purchasing or supply chain environment an asset
- Working towards SCMP considered an asset

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse, inventory, logistics or similar type environment\

**Formal training/certifications/licenses**:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence plus be able to provide a reasonable clean drivers abstract

**Required competencies/knowledge/skills/abilities**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and squat for extended periods of time
- Ability to make repetitive movements related to position
- Possess basic to average keyboard data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Adaptable to changing priorities/schedules
- Proficiency in MS Excel
