As a Billing Specialist, you will report to the Billing and Audit Manager and be responsible for STAS invoicing. You will prepare various types of invoices for the company and perform data reconciliation.
**Responsibilities**
- Thoroughly review the data provided by the client.
- Ask the various departments for relevant modifications.
- Prepare regular invoices for various clients
- Prepare irregular invoices, related to training and travel
- Entering Irregular Invoices in the Accounting System
- Chronological tracking of invoicing actions Preparation of OHS and Union Cheque Deposits
**Experience and skills required**
- Training in accounting, procurement or billing (an asset)
- Mastery of Microsoft suite tools, including Office 365
- Advanced Excel level and knowledge of VLookup, Sum.If and Pivot Tables
- Have a good team spirit.
- Be very attentive to details;
- Must meet tight deadlines
- Be able to perform repetitive tasks,
- Possess a high capacity for analysis and problem solving.
- Customer service oriented.
- Very good autonomy.
- Bilingual (French and English)
