Job Duties:
- Provide landscaping services, including, but not limited to, hardscaping work in commercial and residential settings.
- Responsible for installation of retaining walls, pavers, boulders
- Responsible for sodding and grading.
- Work effectively and efficiently with specialized equipment, including, but not limited to: skid loaders, Ditch Witch mini skid steers, laser levels, concrete saws, chain saws, hand tools, etc.
- Pro-actively, support, coordinate, and communicate with the Landscape Production Manager to ensure successful and professional completion of landscape projects
We offer:
- $18-$40/hr. (based on experience)
- 45-50 hrs. per week
- Winters off with snow clearing work optional
- Uniforms provided

Basic/Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Clean criminal record
- Clean and Valid G Driver’s License with proof of driver’s abstract
- Must have reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to landscape maintenance
- Must have 1 year of work experience
- Detail oriented with focus on quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently, as well as part of a team
- Previous maintenance experience is an asset
- Motivated, energetic team player
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job
- Able to perform tasks for extended periods of time in a variety of outdoor environments
- The ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures while working
- Experience running a landscape crew
- Experience sodding and grading
