- "The role of the CEO and other senior executives in formulating and implementing corporate strategies, and provides an overview of key strategic issues and topics. Covers such areas as industry analysis, executive leadership, corporate strategy, corporate diversification, strategic change, global strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic implications of new technologies." _
**Qualifications**
- A graduate degree (MBA, MSc, DBA, or PhD) or work experience in a relevant field is required.
- Previous experience with teaching at a Master's level is required.
- A current CV containing a discussion of relevant teaching and professional experience.
- Previous teaching evaluations, if applicable
- Names of three references
