**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food production
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines at all times
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as needed
- Certification in food handling or willingness to obtain one
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
