We are currently seeking an experienced Project Execution Manager to be based out of our Vancouver office.

The Project Execution Manager is directly responsible for the planning, organization, direction, control and evaluation of the project management team and leadership of the employees, under the direction of the regional general manager.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Oversee the management and leadership of the branch project management team including recruiting, onboarding, day-to-day management, coaching and mentorship to ensure appropriate coverage and maintain optimal customer service.

2. Manage and work towards the continuous improvement in the branch including establishing and managing all processes, practices, templates, procedures and partnerships

3. Develop, train, retrain, mentor and coach Branch employees to facilitate ongoing growth of the business, including identifying gaps or excess capacity he branch and adjusting the structure accordingly

4. Proactively manage key customer relationships and ensure that the profile of the business in the community is positive, active and aligned with our brand.

5. Plan and prioritize strategic selling activities to achieve business goals, grow sales within existing customers and develop new business relationships.

6. Troubleshoot, navigate and resolve customer concerns, issues and problems, including project management, supply, accounts receivable and payables.

7. Ensure appropriate company systems and process are in place and being followed, including managing transition and change management with the introduction of new systems/processes.

8. Follow and encourage employees to adhere to company policies, practices, procedures and protocols including Health and Safety initiatives

9. Develop and maintain selling relationships with key builders, architects and other construction industry influencers to promote the company as a solution provider of choice

10. Provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
- This job requires significant leadership and supervisory responsibilities, where the incumbent builds on the strengths of the workplace and reduces internal weakness through training and development
- Considers both organizational needs and individual needs in order to create solutions that will enable top performance and success

**Qualifications**

**Education and/or Experience**
- 7-10 years’ experience in a related field
- Advanced experience and knowledge of the residential and commercial construction industry, specifically related to specialized doors and associated hardware
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading and managing a team
- Well developed customer service and sales ability

**Practical/Technical Skills**
- Well developed supervisory/management/leadership experience in a branch or similar setting including training, developing, mentoring and coaching employees
- Proven ability to build constructive, friendly, professional relationships and networks of key contacts with people and colleagues; Has solid, long-term networks and continues to increase networks to enhance strategic opportunities
- Gains support for ideas, proposals and solutions from others; helps others to understand complex initiatives and sensitive situations to resolve disagreements and conflicts. Reaches deals and compromises that work best for the organization. Considers other opinions while holding strong to firm direction and goals.
- Applies systematic, logical reasoning when addressing problems or situations in order to arrive an appropriate solution or outcome. Considers the various issues and components of the problem, develops sequential steps to address the situation and determines rational timeframes and priorities. Evaluates, interprets and analyses critical, complex information
- Maintains a professional and positive manner even under changing or uncertain conditions. Works well with a wide range of individuals to provide support, coaching, encouragement and direction. Engages others in order to accomplish organizational goals and strategies.
- Analyses and interprets the strategic direction of the organization, has a clear and firm understanding of the vision, mission, values and objectives of the workplace, uses that information to develop responsibilities, tasks, goals and initiatives that align with the long term plans and growth of the branch
