The Community Housing Management Network (The Network) is recruiting to fill a full-time (35 Hours) position as a Housing Coordinator in Kingston.
Reporting to The Network’s Chief Executive Officer, the Co-ordinator will be assigned to a co-operative site to provide day-to-day services to the co-operative’s members and its board of directors.

The successful applicant will: - have a working understanding of property management
- have a working knowledge of co-op housing - have a strong understanding of financial statements - have excellent interpersonal skills - have effective oral and written communication skills - be able to organize tasks and priorities
- be able to work independently - have a proven ability to supervise staff and contractors
- have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office - have experience working with volunteers and a board of directors

The Network will:

- provide training in your position
- be available to assist you on a day-to-day basis
- provide wellness benefits
- provide health benefits when you have been with the company for a year
- provide two weeks vacation as well as time off between Christmas and New Years

This unique opportunity also includes working with the board and members on the opening of their new 38 unit affordable development.

Some evening work will be required. The Network offers a competitive remuneration package.

As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of full Covid-19 vaccination to the CEO.
