individual interested in joining the KRG to work in the capacity of:
**REGIONAL AGENT HUNTER SUPPORT PROGRAM**
**(Permanent, full-time)
The Regional HSP Section, of the Renewable Resources, Environment, Lands and Parks
- Department of the KRG has the mandate to manage the Regional Hunter Support Programs
- in Nunavik, including administration and technical assistance.
- Reporting to the Hunter Support Program (HSP) Regional Coordinator; the HSP Regional
- Agent has the following duties include without being limited to:
- Maintaining communication with the HSP Community Coordinators for various Regional
- HSP programs;- Organize firearms safety courses with the Northern Villages;
- Provide technical assistance for HSP community boat maintenance, Search & Rescue
- boats, community freezers and equipment;- As required, assist in the realization of HSP regional projects and provide technical

assistance to the community programs for their projects as set out in the yearly
objectives;
- Assist in the data input for reports and studies;
- Participate in all Regional HSP projects;
- Perform other related duties, as required, by the supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or related work experience;
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Hunter Support Management, Project
- Management, or Leadership;- Written and oral working knowledge of at least two (2) of the following languages:

- Inuktitut, English and French;- Experience working with computer programs such as MS Office and Sage Accounting;
- Possession of Firearms Instructor License is an asset;
- Ability to work independently and as part of team;
- Demonstrated organizational skills;
- Frequent travel in the region.

**Salary**: Minimum: $38 651/year; maximum $62 638/year (Class 5)**Benefits**:Cost of living differential: Minimum of $ 8 500/year;

Food allowance: Minimum of $1 840year;
Annual leave trips: maximum of 3 per person annually;
Group benefits including Simplified Pension Plan;
Vacation: 20 days;
Statutory Holidays: 20 days including 10 during Christmas holidays.
