No previous knowledge is required as this position requires in-house training. Previous data entry and or invoicing skills are considered an asset.

**Responsibilities may include**:

- Invoicing
- Ensure timely distribution of invoices to clients.
- Reconciliation of invoices sent.
- Ensure timely entry of approved invoices into OpenInvoice (ADP) Software.
- Filing, scanning, copying, and organizing paperwork.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable reports.
- Assist with any other office duties as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to follow procedures that are already in place.
- Must be able to create or update procedures as needed.
- Must be able to work well with others and on your own.
- Basic knowledge of word and excel is required.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is considered an asset but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T6M 0B3
