Role and Responsibilities

**Position Overview**

In the **Bookkeeper + Office Administrator **role, you will work with the Service Coordinator and Operations Manager in completing all administrative and office tasks.

**Qualifications**
- (3) Years of experience in bookkeeping and Office Administration Roles
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Team player and willing to learn new skills and expand knowledge
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service, proactive and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritize important tasks

**Software**
- Quickbooks Online
- GSuite (google docs, google sheets, gmail), Microsoft Excel and Word
- Service Fusion CRM

**Your Direct report**

The direct report for this position is the **Operations Manager **of Smart Watering Systems.

**Responsibilities**

As an integral part of SMART Watering Systems, it is your responsibility to perform all work to the best of your knowledge and abilities.
- Invoice clients based on the Closed Jobs in the CRM provided by the Service Coordinator.
- Ensure all Accounts Receivables are followed up on to ensure prompt payment by clients.
- Complete all Accounts Payables when due.
- Ensure SMART Watering Systems are all within compliance for all Clients.
- Ensure SMART Watering Systems insurances are all up to date.
- Manage all WSIB Payments
- Manage Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Manage all Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Manage all invoice payments in CRM and Quickbooks.

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.12 per hour
