This position requires:

- Detail-oriented attention
- Constant, Clear communication, Strong Supervision and Management of line workers
- Strong leadership and Team-Player attitude
- Valid Forklift License is an asset
- **Location**:_ Etobicoke, ON
- **Availability**:_ Immediate
- **Wage**:_$25/Hr (based on min. 2 years of powder coating supervising experience)
- **Responsibilities**_
- Main responsibility will be to oversee the production of the Powder Coating lines
- Managing the people on each line ensuring they are doing their assigned task
- Ensuring products are being processed properly - from start to final inspection before packing
- Ensuring finished parts are being packed properly
- Ensuring that finished items are being checked for good quality finish.
- Completion of production records and ensuring compliance with process protocols
- Following the company Quality Control Plan, Company Safety Policies and ISO 9001:2008 standards
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management
- **Required Skills & Experience**_
- Minimum 2 years Supervisory Experience in either Metal Manufacturing or Surface Finishing (Powder Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, Personable, a Team-Player and a Quick Learner
- Fluency in English with excellent written & verbal communication skills is required
- Organized with good time-management skills
- Strong leadership and “Take Charge” Attitude
- Able to maintain organized and clear production records
- Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, patient and can rise to the occasion of leading a team
- Safety shoes are required
