Shivani's Kitchen is a manufacturing kitchen where we make Spice blends, ready-to-use sauces, and meals and supply them to bigger stores.

While prior experience is not always mandatory, having relevant experience or skills in areas such as assembly line work, machine operation, quality control, inventory management, or other manufacturing-related tasks can be advantageous and increase the likelihood of being hired.

As a production assistant plays a vital role in supporting the production process and ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move objects as required in a manufacturing setting.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keeping the production area clean and organized. PAs may also assist in basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning machines and tools.

**Set Preparation**: Assisting with setting up and preparing the production set. This could include moving equipment, setting up props, and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.

**Equipment Handling**: Assisting with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of production equipment.

**Quality Control**: Checking products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet quality standards. This could involve inspecting products for defects, measuring dimensions, and conducting visual checks.

**Inventory Management**: Keeping track of inventory levels, restocking supplies, and notifying supervisors when materials are running low.

**Following Standard Operating Procedures**: Adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in production.

**Packaging and Shipping**: Assisting with packaging finished products and preparing them for shipping, if applicable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
