Position Information

**Position Title**
- Land and Water Non-Credit Instructor**Faculty/Instructor Profile**Position Responsibilities**
- Instructor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering in-person learning content, providing timely feedback and support to learners.
- Delivering engaging in-person training on topics such as wildlife safety, conservation, and land management in the context of solar farming projects.
- Facilitating discussions on environmental issues, vegetation control, and sustainable land practices.
- Promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills relevant to land and wildlife considerations.
- Addressing learner challenges, providing timely support, and fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
- Collaborating with the Continuing Education and Corporate Training team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience for learners.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree related to land and water management**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2-years industry experience. Experience in knowledge translation and tech transfer.**Salary or Hourly?**
