**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). **Job description**:
Join a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to harnessing the power of data to support artificial intelligence initiatives. As an AI Data Specialist, you will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing data to drive AI-based projects and solutions.

The AI Data Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing data to support AI initiatives and solutions. This role combines skills in data engineering, analysis, and AI methodologies to ensure the effective use of data in machine learning and AI projects. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality, accessibility, and integrity of data for AI-driven decision-making.

**Your responsibilities**
- **Data management**:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for machine learning projects.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- **Data analysis**:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to guide AI strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- **AI/ML support**:

- Assist in training and validating machine learning models by providing clean and annotated datasets.
- Monitor model performance and suggest improvements based on data quality and feature engineering.
- Stay updated on AI technology advancements and recommend tools or frameworks to enhance workflows.
- **Collaboration and documentation**:

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Document data workflows, pipelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

**Your profile**:
**Technical skills**:

- Proficiency in data manipulation and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI tools (DataRobot, H2O.ai).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
- Strong understanding of database systems (relational and NoSQL).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or similar roles.
- Proven experience with large datasets and real-time data streams.

**Behavioral skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in data annotation and labeling for supervised learning.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.
- Certification in AI, machine learning, or data science-related fields.
