We are looking for HSE Program Coordinators to support our Health, Safety and Environment Branch (HSE). The HSE Program Coordinator would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.

The Program Coordinator ensures the effective delivery of corporate health, safety and/or environmental programs by administering and coordinating program activities. The Program Coordinator will develop & maintain related processes, ensure timely reporting and support the implementation of the program to clients through HSE employees and/or local COSH committees.

**Screening Criteria**:
**Education**:
College diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, or in a field of Science.

Equivalent level of training, knowledge and experience may be considered.

**Experience**:

- Experience in developing procedures, processes and tools related to the administration and operations of programs.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and managing multiple health, safety or environmental programs.
- Experience in building cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in researching and analyzing health, safety and environmental aspects related to HSE legislation and regulations.

One (1) bilingual imperative BBB/BBB position and one (1) English or French position.

- Knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal regulations and policies related to Health, Safety and Environment.
- Ability to implement new processes, methods and practices to improve on national programs.

- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and maintain appropriate records.

**Relocation**:
Relocation assistance will be determined in accordance with the NRC's directives.

**Compensation**:
From $60,143 to $70,963 per annum.

In addition, the incumbent who meets the language requirements will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
