This position is a part of the Marketing team, while also working with multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Product, Operations, and Success.

Reports to the Director, Global Giving & Communications.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning, organizing, and executing 30+ annual tradeshow booths and activations.
- Attend 1-2 events monthly in Canada and USA as a brand ambassador.
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
- Execute pre-event and sponsorship lead-generation initiatives, including list-building and outreach campaigns, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Engage in continual evaluation of marketing and business development plans as well as tracking the ROI of initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong customer relationship and people skills.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to multitask; must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative problem-solver that can envision and articulate solutions to complex problems.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to express oral and written ideas clearly.
- Tradeshow experience, including planning, execution, relationship building on event day(s), and setup.
- Entrepreneurial approach to building and nurturing relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrates a drive for efficiency and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Results-driven. Striving to make things happen in line with goals and priorities.
- A demonstrated passion for sustainability and social responsibility.

**Experience that may set you apart**
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS organizations.
- Strong understanding of CRM
- Marketing project management.

**Schedule**
- 8 hours a day (Flex-time Policy - Flexible start and end time).
- Evenings and weekends may be required.
- Monthly travel is required.
