**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Acheson (Edmonton) branch. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, ensuring that RIMEX continues to provide the best solutions and services to meet our clients' needs. The position involves extensive travel across Alberta, requiring a highly motivated individual with a willingness to be on the road regularly. Providing exceptional customer service is key to this role, as you will be the face of RIMEX, representing our commitment to excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for sales in the industrial sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Extensive travel throughout Alberta to meet with customers and attend industry events.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to **excellent customer service** and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and **willingness to travel extensively within Alberta**.
