**bioLytical** is looking for a creative and experienced Marketing professional to join our ambitious Marketing team. This role plays a significant part in supporting marketing strategies through creative design work, helping our award-winning company continue its expansion into new markets.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**
- Support with the implementation of bioLytical brand standards across the organization.
- Support with growing our INSTI and iStatis product presence in all active markets in which bioLytical operates in.
- Create the design of brochures, direct mail pieces, swag, tradeshow booths and other marketing collateral in coordination with technical and sales teams.
- Support with the creation of our online and print advertising creative.
- Maintain all marketing collateral and materials (swag, banners, flyers, etc.)
- Assist with the coordination and activation of all bioLytical events and conferences.
- Conducts research and compiles information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations.
- Support digital marketing and communication initiatives as needed, including social media.
- Maintain CRM database and marketing lists.
- Monitor and track essential metrics for accurate reporting and strategic decision-making; regularly measure, optimize, and share marketing results with stakeholders as needed.
- Track new market trends specific to platforms, technologies, and marketing tools.

**WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing position with a focus in design/ traditional marketing; B2B experience desired
- Excellent computer skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Creative with a passion for design
- Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
- Strong understanding of product positioning
- Proven ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and graphic
- Self-motivated and energetic; takes initiative and ownership
- Experience with New Product launch and multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$50,000-60,000
