Online Physics & Physical Science Instructor - Opportunity for Recent Graduates

**Job Overview**:
We're seeking enthusiastic recent graduates with a strong background in physics or related fields to join our team as online instructors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience in a dynamic, digital environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Teach online courses in Physics and Physical Science to middle and high school students
2. Develop and deliver engaging lessons incorporating interactive demonstrations and activities
3. Create and grade assignments and assessments aligned with course objectives
4. Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and growth
5. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with students and parents
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Physical Science, Engineering, or related field
- Native-level English fluency
- Canadian or US citizenship, currently residing in Canada or USA
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Enthusiasm for inspiring students and making science accessible and exciting
**Preferred Experience**:
- Some teaching or tutoring experience, particularly with middle or high school students
- Familiarity with online educational tools (e.g., CK12 Flexbooks, Desmos, Gimkit, Quizlet, Nearpod)

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
