Front Desk Receptionist

**YOUR ROLE**
As the first point of contact of all guests visiting the Manion Rowntree office, the individual in this role is responsible for welcoming members to the office, and quickly determining what their needs are. Where possible, the individual in this role should try and resolve the issue themselves. If it needs the assistance of others in the office, the
individual is responsible for posting the issue in the teams channel and request the member have a seat to wait for assistance.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
First 90 days:
- Understanding of our in-house system
- Understanding of where to access various information to respond to member inquiries
- Basic Understanding of all Manion Administration Areas
- Understanding requirements related to management of incoming member/survivor election options
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Handle all member walk-ins
- Manage outgoing Pension Option Packages
- Administrative Duties - As required, complete general administrative tasks for pension staff.
- Daily housekeeping tasks related to the office kitchen - i.e.running the dishwasher and placing any fruit into the refrigerator.
- Assist Account Executives with monthly Board Meetings -ensuring attendees are taken care of and ensuring any catering order is put out
**THIS IS YOU**
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in experience and training.
- 5 years Customer Service Experience
- Strong (English) verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Detail oriented
- Time management with the ability to handle competing demands
- Technical skills (MS Office, ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to communicate in Italian or Portuguese is an asset

**YOUR COMPENSATION**
- At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $40,000-$45,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
