**Position Overview**
The educational sales representative will advise current and prospective students on educational issues, career planning and personal development. They will be responsible for attending community outreach initiatives, community events, and conducting presentations for the purpose of educating the public about programs, services, and benefits offered at CTS Canadian Career College and Modern College of Hairstyling and Esthetics.

You will be working with a team of sales representatives, managers and support staff while providing information and technical details to aspiring students. You will build relationships with new and existing aspiring students to drive business and increase revenue.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1.0 Respond to student inquiries and provide them with information

2.0 Create and maintain student records

3.0 Arrange and schedule meetings with the prospective student

4.0 Prepare enrollment packages

5.0 Complete enrolment paperwork with students

6.0 Assist the student to complete all program specific admission requirements

7.0 Assist with marketing initiatives as directed

8.0 Assist with graduation ceremonies

9.0 Assist with the College social media presence as directed

10.0 Filing

11.0 Phone Duties

12.0 Prepare, attend, teardown community outreaches

13.0 Other duties as assigned and related to the admissions or marketing departments
