The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) is seeking highly-motivated and organized individuals to serve as coaches of the following competitive clubs:

- Judo
- Running (Cross-Country)
- Rowing
- Swimming
- Sailing
- Taekwondo
- Women’s Rugby

Under the direction and support of the Recreation and Intramural Manager, the coaches are responsible to perform coaching duties within the scope of the RMC Competitive Club program.

**Duration of position**:
September to March

**Weekly time commitment**:
3 nights per week for practices, plus travel to competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Current NCCP Level 2-4 coaching certification preferred
- NLS Certified, if applicable
- Experience with military sports/athletes
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience at the post-secondary level

**Language requirement**: English essential, bilingualism (French / English) a strong asset.

**Salary**:Compensation (honorarium, without benefits) to be negotiated, commensurate with experience and qualifications

**Entraîneur-e des clubs compétitifs du CMR (Poste contractuel)**

Le Collège militaire royal (CMR) du Canada est à la recherche de personnes hautement motivée et organisée pour les postes d’entraîneur-e des équipes universitaires suivantes:

- Judo
- Aviron
- Course (Cross-Country)
- Voile
- Natation
- Rugby Féminin
- Taekwondo

Sous la direction de la gestionnaire des sports intra-muros et loisirs, l’entraîneur-e est responsable pour l’entraînement des équipes selon le programme des clubs compétitifs.

**Période visée par le poste**:
Septembre à mars

**Engagement hebdomadaire**:
Trois soirs par semaine pour l’entraînement, plus le temps consacré aux déplacements liés aux compétitions.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificat de niveau 2-4 du Programme national de certification des entraîneurs (préférable)
- Certifié NLS, le cas échéant
- Expérience avec athlètes/équipes militaires
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en coaching au niveau post-secondaire

**Exigences linguistiques **:La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle, le bilinguisme (Français / Anglais) est un atout.

**Salaire **:Rémunération (salaire, sans avantages sociaux) à négocier et selon l’expérience et les compétences.
