**In this role, you will**
- Execute on leasehold capital projects, including renovations, expansions, relocations, de novos and consolidation of existing dental practices
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of assigned projects, including the pertinent Support Centre departments, practice teams, designers, engineers, contractors and dental suppliers
- Track progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders, inclusive of key dates, milestones, budget status and timelines
- Maintain working folders for assigned projects, including, but not limited to, the aggregation of drawings, quotes, approvals, permit documents and equipment selections
- Provide ad-hoc support to our practices as it relates to day-to-day maintenance needs

**What we’re looking for**
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English as the role will have a National scope
- Experience in dental leading renovation projects would be considered a strong asset
- Experience in dental or with a large, multi-unit tenant considered an asset
- PMP designation considered an asset
- Strong ability to lead and organize a project team and ensure dates and budgets are adhered to
- Experience reading and interpreting design, engineering and construction drawings
- Knowledge of dental equipment and dental practice operations is preferred
- Ability to travel across Canada is required (travel can be up to 25% based on project locations)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills

**Dans ce rôle, vous allez**
- Exécuter des projets d'immobilisations, y compris les rénovations, les agrandissements, les déménagements, les de novos et la consolidation des cabinets dentaires existants.
- Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles dans l'exécution des projets assignés, y compris les départements pertinents du centre de support, les équipes de cabinet, les concepteurs, les ingénieurs, les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs dentaires.
- Suivre les progrès et fournir des mises à jour régulières à toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les dates clés, les jalons, l'état du budget et les échéanciers.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers de travail pour les projets assignés, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, l'agrégation des dessins, des devis, des approbations, des documents de permis et des sélections d'équipement.
- Fournir un soutien ad hoc à nos pratiques en ce qui concerne les besoins de maintenance quotidiens

**Ce que nous recherchons**
- 5+ années d'expérience en gestion de projet
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais car le rôle aura une portée nationale
- Une expérience dans des projets de rénovation dentaire de premier plan serait considérée comme un atout majeur.
- Expérience en soins dentaires ou auprès d'un grand locataire multi-logements considéré comme un atout
- Titre PMP considéré comme un atout
- Forte capacité à diriger et à organiser une équipe de projet et à garantir le respect des dates et des budgets
- Expérience en lecture et en interprétation de dessins de conception, d'ingénierie et de construction
- La connaissance de l'équipement dentaire et des opérations du cabin
