Toronto, Canada GFL Environmental Inc. Full time

GFL Environmental is looking for an Industrial Dispatch Manager for our Weston Location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch team
- Monitor and report dispatch department performance statistics
- Provide oversight for carrier scheduling and routing software implementation,
- Manage all aspects of the dispatching process, including hiring, training, scheduling, monitoring performance, and responding to customer complaints
- Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure coordination with other departments, clarifying roles and responsibilities for resolving service issues.
- Other Duties are Assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- Completion of high school. Post-secondary courses or diploma would be considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of industry an asset.
