OSG is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to work as a **Logistics Assistant** in London, ON. This role is a part-time position out of our Meadowbrook Drive** **warehouse location.

The Logistics Assistant is responsible for assisting with the logistics requirements of OSG. In this role, you will ensure products and learning materials are shipped accurately, on time, and meeting delivery service level agreements. In addition, this role is responsible for responding to internal stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.

**What will you do in this role?**
- Prepare, pack, and ship products to our clients and trainers
- Responsible for shipment quality - ensuring each shipment contains the right products, in the right quantities, and gets to the right person, on time, (don’t worry, we have guidelines that help you succeed in these metrics)
- Manage our product inventory levels on-site, making purchasing decisions to ensure we have what’s needed to run our upcoming classes, and working cross-functionally with the accounting team to capture inventory levels
- Work daily with multiple software tools including: Salesforce, Office, Shipstation, and Amazon
- Support our client success team by assisting with shipping updates, processing returns, and responding to internal requests
- Generate and print shipping labels to add to packages
- Packing and shipping course materials and products to customers and internal colleagues - you’ll make sure that our colleagues and customers get the right materials, on time
- Ensure our inventory is accurate and up to date using ShipStation
- Processing returned merchandise
- Responding to internal requests for updates on sales tracking and inventory levels
- Data entry and analysis
- Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary
- Proactively anticipate challenges and troubleshoot solutions autonomously

**What do we look for?**
- High School Diploma with experience in a shipping, distribution, retail, or food service environment
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests simultaneously, while providing courteous and timely service to both colleagues and clients
- Impeccable attention to detail and an ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Experience with Salesforce/Shipstation/FBA/Office software an asset but, If not, we can definitely teach you
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg boxes and packages is needed to perform daily tasks. Having a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a plus.
