As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll be involved in managing and closing deals across our diverse portfolio of premium properties. Your role will be instrumental in building and sustaining the trusted reputation we've established.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with leads and maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales journey. Focus on addressing client requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Show flexibility in facing new challenges and participate actively in mentorship and sales training programs to strengthen your capabilities and market knowledge, showing dedication to professional development.
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Establish challenging goals, develop strategic plans and work efficiently in a remote setting to meet revenue targets.
- Regularly achieve or surpass performance metrics, utilizing coaching opportunities and self-improvement initiatives to maintain awareness of industry developments and enhance your strategies.
- Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies to expand client base, maintain existing relationships and foster sustainable growth. Maintain adaptability and goal-focused approach while working remotely.
- Study market dynamics and consumer behavior to make data-informed decisions, modifying sales approaches as needed to maintain effectiveness and responsiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with demonstrated success in deal closure.
- Proven capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Skilled at idea presentation and building connections with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Committed to delivering superior customer service and meeting client expectations.
- Excellence in problem-solving and analytical thinking. Capable of monitoring sales metrics, interpreting data, and developing effective strategies for success.
