Finance Admin Rep

Reporting to the Accountant responsibilities for this position include the following:

- Process and audit sales cashups.
- Process supplier invoices, statements, and prepare correspondence.
- Process and audit interdepartmental transfers.
- Completion of gross margin calculations.
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Assist in budget process as required.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Assist with the preparation of period-end and year-end financial statements.
- Maintain patronage membership and equity ledgers.
- Assist with maintaining petroleum records.
- Assist in by-weekly payroll administration as required.
- Work effectively with staff/supervisors and customers.

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Grade XII
- Courses Required: Introductory Accounting, Intermediate Accounting I, and Intermediate Accounting II (or equivalents).
- Completion of SIAST Accounting Certificate or equivalent would be considered an asset.
- One year of accounting related experience. (Including data entry)
- Extensive experience with Office specifically Outlook and Excel 1 & 2. Must be able to work mornings and afternoons.
- *a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
