**Duties**:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Set prices for products based on market trends and competition
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Strong selling skills to drive sales and meet targets
- Knowledge of pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Ability to make informed buying decisions based on market trends and customer demand
- Proficient in cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Strong administrative skills to manage paperwork, schedules, and inventory records
- Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote products and attract customers
- Experience in retail management, including supervising staff members and delegating tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers or resolving issues
