**Who is CarInspect?**
We are a fast-growing startup specializing in automotive inspections based in Montreal and launched in 2022. The platform is a SAAS that connects inspection requesters (our customers) with service providers (inspectors) all across Canada. Our daily mission? To assist people in confidently purchasing a used car while avoiding bad deals. We work together with a clear goal in mind: to become the number one solution for buying used cars in North America. **What you’ll do?** You will help Meryl, our Head of Customer Success, in her day-to-day tasks. You’ll have four main missions:
- Help Meryl in the inspector recruitment process. You’ll have to post ads on platforms such as Indeed and select inspectors who could be a match.
- Gather feedback from customers and convince them to write reviews on our platforms like Google.
- Convert leads into clients: show us your sales skills
- Other missions will be given depending on the need.
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Is not shy to talk to customers on the phone (you’ll have to do it every day)
- Is dynamic and has positive energy/vibes
- Is proactive

- Is organized and attentive to detail
- Is a good communicator
- Is reliable
**Administrative checklist**:
- You are a student (we are also very open to hiring students who graduate soon)
- You are bilingual (French-English)
- You are available full-time (starting now or beginning of September, for four or six months)
- You are able to come to our Montreal office 4 days per week
- Remunerated internship + bonuses based on performance (15,75$/h - 20$/h)

**Vos missions**
Vous aiderez Meryl, notre Head of Customer Success, dans ses tâches quotidiennes. Vous aurez quatre missions principales:
- Aider Meryl dans le processus de recrutement des inspecteurs. Vous devrez publier des annonces sur des plateformes telles que Indeed et sélectionner les inspecteurs qui pourraient correspondre.
- Recueillir les avis des clients et les convaincre de rédiger des avis sur nos plateformes telles que Google.
- Convertir les prospects en clients : montrez-nous vos talents de vendeur
- D'autres missions seront confiées en fonction des besoins.

- N'a pas peur de parler aux clients au téléphone (vous serez amené à le faire tous les jours).
- Est dynamique et a une énergie positive

**Administratif**:
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) (nous sommes également très ouverts à l'embauche d'étudiants bientôt diplômés)
- Vous êtes bilingue (français-anglais)
- Vous êtes disponible à temps plein (dès maintenant ou début septembre, pour quatre ou six mois)
- Vous êtes en mesure de vous rendre à notre bureau de Montréal 4 jours par semaine
