As a Trainer for the Textura platform within Pomerleau's Innovation team, you will be an ambassador for this new platform that will support our logistics team working on large-scale construction projects ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over one billion dollars.

**What You Will Do**
- Actively collaborate in the preparation of training content;
- Provide a monthly training schedule and lead employee training sessions on the Textura system;
- Keep Textura's certification paths up to date;
- Participate in project kickoff meetings
- Act as an ambassador for the Textura platform across different teams
- Participate in the annual review of administrative guides;
- Keep the training center and the documentation related to Textura up to date;
- Keep your knowledge up to date on internal processes and software updates;

**This role could be for you if you have**
- DEC in administration or office management;
- Experience as a user of Oracle systems, ideally Textura, or any other similar platform;
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a contract administrator or any other similar position;
- Experience in customer service or a willingness for a teaching approach.
- Knowledge and experience in the construction field;
- Bilingualism;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills;
