**SUMMARY**:
The Production Manager oversees and coordinates all activities in the manufacturing process. This role ensures proper workflow, quality control, and promotes a safe working environment. The objective is to enhance productivity and resolve issues promptly by collaborating with other departments.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
**_ Education/ Certification: _**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Industrial, Manufacturing or related Engineering degree) -or
- Relevant Experience

**_Experience: _**
- 3-5 years’ of management experience in an industrial equipment environment
- 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing vacuum trucks

**_Skills: _**

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the daily operations of the facility to ensure efficient and optimal performance and output
- Ensure tasks are allocated effectively to maintain adherence to the production schedule
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and meet production goals
- Provide regular feedback on team performance and promptly address any issues to ensure continuous improvement
- Facilitate training programs to develop and enhance team members’ skills
- Collaborate with inventory management to ensure materials are available and future build remain on schedule for production
- Oversee safety program and promote a safe working environment for all employees
- Identify, implement and improve processes to maintain a safe workplace and prevent accidents
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
- Plan and organize workflow to ensure efficient and streamlined operations
- Maximize productivity and minimize downtime through effective management and optimization
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs needed to prevent disruptions in productivity
- Facilitate communication with internal departments to ensure all are informed and aligned with company objectives
- Monitor quality control and maintain high standards to ensure product excellence
- Conduct inspections to verify adherence to quality standards and ensure operational excellence
- Address any issues that deviate from established procedures to ensure compliance and maintain standards Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as directed
