THE ROLE
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom and ensure accurate labelling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
- Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by accurately receiving, handling, and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
- Managing end-to-end daily e-commerce sales which consists of processing, picking, packing and shipping orders direct to customer.
- Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues to ensure optimal sales.
- Encourage and foster personal progression throughout the staff team
- Managing associates within company guidelines, policies and procedures
- Providing assistance with the induction and training of new starters
- Daily use of our inventory system.

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed**:

- 2+ years of retail management or stockroom experience required.
- Experience with Shopify and Slack platform is an asset.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to develop.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
- Must have a high sense of urgency.
- Must be both proactive and organized.
- IT skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is an asset.

**Le rôle**:
**Tâches/Responsabilités**:

- Diriger les opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt et assurer un étiquetage précis, un placement logique, un rangement soigné et une propreté impeccable.
- Contribuer à la rentabilité de l'opération de vente au détail en recevant, manipulant et gérant avec précision l'inventaire de la marchandise de manière opportune et organisée.
- Gérer de A à Z les ventes quotidiennes du e-commerce qui consistent à traiter, préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes directement au client.
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec le service client et les boutiques via les canaux Slack et les courriels.
- Réduire les pertes en boutique en recherchant les écarts d'inventaire et en résolvant les problèmes pour assurer des ventes optimales.
- Encourager et favoriser la progression personnelle au sein de l'équipe du personnel.
- Gérer les associés dans le respect des directives, politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Aider à l'accueil et à la formation des nouveaux employés.
- Utilisation quotidienne de notre système d'inventaire.

**Compétences/Expérience/Connaissances requises**:

- 2+ ans d'expérience dans la gestion du commerce de détail ou de l'entrepôt requis.
- Une expérience avec Shopify et la plateforme Slack est un atout.
- Ouverture aux commentaires et volonté de se perfectionner.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Solides compétences en informatique et en résolution de problèmes.
- Forte attention aux détails et orientation vers les tâches.
- Doit avoir un sens aigu de l'urgence.
