Growth opportunities

This position is for a Social Worker (MSW) to work as an independent contractor. The role includes providing remote services to mutually agreed upon client's on an ongoing basis.

The role can be a great fit for either someone starting their own practice or looking for supplementary income. This contractor would be provided promotion of their services on the clinic website, would have a flexible schedule and work from home. Billing and processing payments would be taken care of. Clinical hours will vary depending on need and availability.
Responsibilities and Duty:
provide virtual counselling for children, adults, couples and families
- build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients from a variety of

backgrounds
- maintain sound clinical judgment and uphold ethical standards
- have appropriate and effective use of self in clinical treatment
- uphold professional ethics, maintain good standing with Ontario regulatoryagencies and active professional liability insurance
- have access to personal cell phone and computer/laptop to fulfill remote responsibilities

Qualifications**:A licensed Mental Health Professional: Registered Social Worker (MSW)**
- 3-5 years experience (min) providing mental health counselling and note taking
- experienced in a therapeutic modality such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or

other trauma-based approaches
